We have a few rules which we’d like to let you know about. I know rules are boring, but we’d really appreciate if you could have a quick read.
#1 - Please leave the house just like you found it - The cleaning crew is there to wipe down and sanitize the home. Please clean up any dishes you use or messes you make.
#2 –Trash - There is a small bench dumpster outside the front door. Please put your trash in here every day. All garbage must be in a garbage bag and is picked up daily. Any garbage not fitting in the bench can be taken to the community dumpster. It is located behind the playground near Teascone Blvd and Dinville St. If trash is left sitting outside the bench, the pesky critters get into it.
#3 - Check Out is 10am - Our cleaners arrive shortly after 10am to clean the property. We can’t stop her; she is a cleaning machine. If you are still there when she arrives, there may be additional charges if she has to leave and come back later.
#4 – Lights - Please turn off all lights when you leave each day, and upon check out.
#5 – Food and Drink - Please no food or drinks on any carpet
#6 – Pool Area - Please use plastic dinnerware when using the patio area. NO glass or breakable items!
#7– Doors and Windows - Please keep all doors and windows shut. The air conditioner can’t keep up against the Florida heat when the doors and windows are open.
#8 – NO Smoking - If you must smoke, please smoke outside and dispose of your butts to keep the place clean and sanitary.
#9 – NO Pets - Some guests are very allergic. We don’t want your pet or your deposit.

The phone number is (407) 451-3156.You can call or text your order.
I always order the food and supplies we will need on our trip and have them delivered. That way I am not taking valuable vacation time grocery shopping. You can order online and choose the best delivery time that works for you. If you decide to go to the store, Walmart is the closest but the busiest. I always go to Target or Publix because I hate the large crowds and waiting at Walmart.
In case of emergency dial 911.
